Occupational Health and Safety Policy

Martin Electronics is committed to protecting the health and safety of fellow employees, customers, public and property in accordance with industry standards and in compliance with legislative requirements, and will strive to eliminate any foreseeable hazards which may result in property damage, accidents, or personal injury/illness. To minimize hazards and associated risks from MEI's business activities, products and services, the company will strive to:

- Promote hazard identification, risk reduction, and corrective/preventive action.

- Meet or exceed all applicable OH&S laws, regulations, and other requirements.

- Maintain an OHSMS that continuously strives to improve OH&S performance.
- Ensure we provide a framework for setting and reviewing OH&S objectives.

- Provide information to employees, suppliers, customers and the public that clearly demonstrates MEI’s commitment in the area of OH&S.
- Conduct training for employees on the content of the OH&S Policy.

Top management will review this policy and ensure its continued relevance in the setting of objectives during its annual joint QMS/EMS/OHSMS Management Review Meeting.
